OnePlus 10T 5G launch: When and where to look, price and specs

With much anticipation, OnePlus will launch its long-awaited 10T 5G model on Wednesday. Some highlights of the product will be its 6.7-inch AMOLED display and two color variants – Jade Green and Moonstone Black.

Considering the high speed requirements, the OnePlus 10T 5G is confirmed to have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which is among the fastest mobile processors available in the market. Interestingly, this OnePlus device will ship with an OxygenOS 13 which might bring new features or optimizations for compatible devices.

As reported by sources, the Shenzhen-based major consumer electronics maker is reportedly using its social media channels to connect with the public. Contrary to what the tipsters or experts say, not much can be revealed before the official launch of the device. OnePlus has managed to build a fan base in South Asia, and especially in India, with its affordable yet high-end smartphones over the past few years.

OnePlus 10T 5G specs

As we cannot assure everything before the launch, we can focus on the strengths of the OnePlus 10T 5G smartphone. According to reports, the OnePlus 10T 5G will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. The refresh rate will be 120Hz, making the visuals sharper than ever. Also, it would be among the first smartphones with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processors.

In a statement from the OnePlus community post, it was pointed out that the flagship device would have Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, which would make it faster than most of its predecessors. It is supposed to be paired with 16GB of RAM making it one of the fastest mobile devices of the year.

The OnePlus 10T 5G will be powered by a 4800mAh battery with super fast charging capability and 150W SuperVOOC fast charging support. The device packs a triple rear camera module on the back. The camera is said to have a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor as the primary lens along with an 8MP ultra wide angle lens and a 2MP macro lens for the best photography experience. However, the front camera may not exceed 16 megapixels.

OnePlus 10T 5G expected price

Although the OnePlus 10T 5G bears a striking resemblance to the OnePlus 10 Pro, it would be more economical as you could avail it at Rs 50,000. As there are no official updates, we can assume that the expected price of the OnePlus 10T 5G can be between Rs 40,000 and Rs 50,000. Although it is better to wait for the official announcement from OnePlus.
